Retail nirvana, in the form of South Coast Plaza, is less than five minutes away via pedestrian footbridge.

Parking is located in an adjacent building, making it a tad inconvenient to load and unload suitcases.

The location and decor was wonderful.

There was nothing that I disliked about this hotel.

This hotel has excellent customer service and surroundings. The heavenly bed was given the perfect name. The front desk felt like family from the first hello.

Great hotel with updated amenities and beautiful pool. Staff was friendly.

Bathroom toilet took a long time to fill the water tank after each flush.

This is an excellent hotel for the price I paid on Priceline. Room was very clean and had updated furnishings such as flat screen TV. I loved the Heavenly pillows and the mattress gave me a good night sleep. The outdoor pool has a garden and waterfall next to it which is a very nice touch.
